When did you join Strength Camp?
I first joined Strength Camp at Gellert Park!
Eric ended up opening the gym a couple months later so I joined the gym as soon as he opened!
Why did you join Strength Camp?
I love the way Eric and Kobe teach us.
I wanted to tone my body and fix my posture and they were determined to help me.
They motivated me to work hard.
They help you focus on certain areas I never even thought of focusing on.
Their structure of classes really suited me.
I finally saw results once we hit the gym.
I have been working out for years now and this is the first time I finally see a difference in my body.
Can you describe your top 3 goals you had before starting?
Toning my body was my main goal.
I wanted to get rid of my muffin top.
I never weighed myself.
I don’t care about the number.
As long as I see the results myself that's all that matters to me.I wanted more definition too.
Getting stronger in general was another goal, but especially in pull-ups and push-ups.
My weakness is arms for sure so upper body strength was a goal.
Can you list your achievements you’ve had since beginning at Strength Camp?
I lost 20 pounds!
I see much more definition in my body.
My body feels so much more toned.
I am finally happy with my results when working out.
I am telling you this gym really does help you achieve your goals.
I did get stronger at doing pull-ups too.
The sleds are a love hate relationship, silent but deadly, but honestly even though I get so out of breath with sleds, it feels so good.
Box jumps are mentally scary, but I have been facing that fear and doing much better.
What is the biggest obstacle you’ve faced in your journey?
Bench press!
I do not know why but I cannot seem to get stronger and stronger with it.
It is taking much longer than I thought.
The keg press too is really tiring and something I believe I need to do more of.
What is your favorite thing about Strength Camp?
The people.
Everyone who joined Strength Camp is so genuinely nice.
They all hype you up and scream when they can tell I might be a little tired and maybe about to give up.
When they scream and yell it really pushes me to keep going.
It's my second home.
I love this place.
The structure of the classes are helpful.
Who would you recommend Strength Camp to?
People who are committed and consistent.
That is how I saw the results.
You are very sore and tired coming 5 days a week but your weekend is your recovery.
The soreness is worth it.
You have to be determined to get stronger and learn that it takes time.
