I tried a lot of gyms before coming here.

The challenge was a great way to get acquainted with the people, the gym and getting results.

What were you hoping to achieve or change in your life when you first joined?

I wanted to lean out and finally stick with a gym I liked.

Before starting at Strength Camp SF, what were your top three fitness goals?

Lean out significantly/look great

Be good at push-ups and pull-ups

Have longevity in my health

Since joining, what achievements are you most proud of, and why do they matter to you?

I’m happy to have a lot more muscle and definition in my body.

I also am proud that I can deadlift 300lb, because I think about where I was when I started about a year ago.

It tells me I can eventually lift more than that!

What compliments or positive feedback have you received since joining Strength Camp SF?

A lot more people tell me I’m strong.

What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your journey?

Understanding how nutrition affects my workouts and goals.

It’s a math I didn’t learn in school.

What’s your favorite thing about Strength Camp SF, and what makes it stand out from other gyms?

The culture is welcoming.

This gym has attracted some genuine people and most folks are very approachable.

That’s getting harder to find these days.

Is there anything you would change or improve about Strength Camp SF to make the experience better for you?

Showers with change rooms would be life-changing!

Who do you think would benefit most from joining Strength Camp SF, and why?

Folks who want muscle, because you’re going to get it once you come here consistently.
