Interns will learn the skills of coaching and learn about the gym business by shadowing and assisting our coaches during classes.
Responsibilities & Requirements: Coming in at least 3x/week (Full AM or Full PM) for at least 3 months to learn and assist with coaching Build rapport and engage with our community Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym Assist staff with other miscellaneous tasks $800 deposit to secure your spot Who is a good fit for the internship program: Someone interested in exploring a career in fitness but limited prior experience Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Growth mindset and receptive to feedback Must be culturally a good fit for Strength Camp SF / alignment with core values Benefits for interns: Gain experience in the skills of group coaching, strength training, and personal training.
