SUNDAY CORE & CALISTHENICS
Announcing a special 6-week class series focused on strengthening the core, improving mobility, flexibility, and balance, using body weight for resistance.
At the end of the 6-weeks, you will have a stronger core and have more confidence with key bodyweight exercises like the plank, push-up, pull-up, and even more advanced core exercises like the dragon flag.
This special series with Coach Lisa will be held Sunday mornings at 9am until 10:15am and limited to 10 participants.
Keeping it a smaller setting allows for more customizations and modifications, ensuring participants are challenged and supported appropriately.
The class dates are: 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, and 11/23.
Core and Calisthenics training naturally go hand in hand.
A strong core provides a stable base for effective calisthenics exercises.
This class aims to improve overall functional movement and reduce the risk of injury.
