Everyone would benefit.
Workouts are scalable and can be intensified or modified.
I’m kinda old and wish I started when I was younger, but that’s to say it’s great for aged folk.
What does “growing stronger” mean to you?
Growing stronger is both the physical aspects
- better to try and fail (responsibly) vs failing to try
- the consistency and the mental aspects.
It’s also supporting and getting support from the wonderful community, pushing each other to achieve our goals!
